Professor  Ahmed is a PMI Certified Consultant for OPM3, PMP and PMI-RMP, with formal experience in project, program and portfolio management, enterprise management and governance. He has worked as a consultant and director for many government institutes, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Hajj and private companies such as Aramco. He has managed many complex programs and projects especially with Vision 2030. Akram founded EPMO (a US$16 billion portfolio of operating and capital expenditures). He also led the recovery of troubled projects and programs for Key while serving as Director of the Department of the Interior’s Security Enterprise Development Plan ($3 billion budget).
